Testimonial Slot 01

Add a real employee testimonial here. Ideal length: 2–3 sentences. Focus on the moment of relief — what it felt like to know the bill was handled, or that the tow truck was already on the way. Include the type of incident (battery, tow, repair, etc.).

Testimonial Slot 02

Testimonial Slot 03

Use this slot for a Car Coach / repair advocacy story — the kind where the employee had a quote from a shop, called their Coach, and the Coach negotiated a better price or caught an unnecessary repair. That's the "expert in your pocket" moment.

Call (877) 483-2610
Is this really free for me?
Yes. AutoCerts Essentials is fully paid for by your employer. There is no monthly premium taken from your paycheck and no enrollment fee. You'll only pay a small deductible if you use the mechanical repair benefit — and that's it.
Does my car qualify? It's pretty old.
Any vehicle qualifies — regardless of age, mileage, make, or model. There's no vehicle inspection required, no VIN-on-file requirement for enrollment, and no minimum or maximum year. If you drive it, it's covered.
When does coverage start?
Coverage begins the first of the month following your enrollment. If you enrolled on the 5th, you'll be covered starting the 1st of the next month. Your HR team can confirm your exact effective date.
What if I leave my job? Do I lose this?
You can keep your AutoCerts coverage after employment ends through portability via ACH. The monthly cost simply moves from being employer-paid to being paid directly from your bank account at the voluntary rate. Your benefits don't change.
Do I have to use a specific shop?
You have options. ACE includes the RepairPal certified network of local shops — those are in-network, and ACE pays them directly. You can also use a shop outside the network; your Car Coach will coordinate billing either way. You don't front the money and wait for reimbursement.
How fast does someone actually answer the phone?
Average wait time is 22 seconds — and you get a real person, not a phone tree. The line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
How many roadside calls can I make in a year?
Up to 3 roadside incidents per 12 months. That covers towing, jump-starts, flat tire change, lockout, fuel delivery, and extrication. Maintenance services (oil change, brakes, etc.) are tracked separately and don't count toward the roadside limit.
What's a "Car Coach" exactly?
Your Car Coach is the AutoCerts team member who takes the wheel of your claim from the moment you call. They arrange tows, pick repair shops, review estimates, negotiate pricing on your behalf, and approve work before the shop starts. Think of them as a friend who happens to be a mechanic and a project manager.
What do I need to have ready when I call?
Three things: (1) the name of your employer, (2) your name, and (3) the year/make/model of the car and roughly what's going on. That's it — no policy number, no card to dig out of the glovebox.
