Roadside & Emergency.
When the road decides to be unkind.

Open 24 hours, every day of the year. One phone call — (833) 251-5689 — and dispatch is moving toward your location while you're still on the line.

Emergency Towing

Tow to any destination of your choice — a repair shop, home, or your in-network preferred facility. No mileage cap on the most common tow distances.

Battery Jump-Start

Roadside tech jumps your battery on-site. If the battery is dead and won't hold a charge, replacement is covered separately under maintenance.

Flat Tire Change

Spare installed by roadside tech. If you don't have a working spare, the service shifts to a tow.

Lockout Service

Keys locked in the car, lost, or broken? Tech arrives with tools to get you back inside. No questions about how it happened.

Fuel Delivery

Up to 2 gallons delivered to your location. Enough to get you to the nearest station. The gas itself is covered.

Extrication & Winching

Stuck in mud, snow, sand, or a ditch? Tech with winching equipment dispatched to free your vehicle.

Emergency Travel Expense

If you're stranded more than 100 miles from home and the repair will take overnight, lodging and meal reimbursement kicks in.

Ambulance Reimbursement

If your breakdown turns into a medical situation, ambulance expense reimbursement is part of the benefit.

Limit: Maximum 3 roadside incidents per 12 months. Maintenance services (oil change, brakes, etc.) don't count against this — they're separate.

Maintenance Coverage.
The stuff you should be doing — already paid for.

Cars don't usually break down without warning. They get neglected. ACE removes the "I can't afford an oil change this month" decision from your life.

Oil Change · 3× per year

Up to 5 quarts per service, conventional or synthetic blend as your vehicle requires. Schedule through your Car Coach or use an in-network shop directly.

Brake Pads & Shoes

Front or rear, when worn to manufacturer-specified replacement thresholds. Includes the inspection that determines you need them.

Battery Replacement

When testing confirms the battery is no longer holding charge. Includes disposal of the old one. Most ACE in-network shops carry quality replacements in stock.

Coolant Service

Drain, refill, and system inspection on the manufacturer's recommended schedule. Catches issues before they become overheating breakdowns.

Wiper Blade Replacement

Both front blades, rear blade if applicable. Replaced when worn or streaking. A small benefit that matters a lot in a Florida thunderstorm.

Vehicle Safety Inspection

Multi-point inspection covering lights, fluids, brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and suspension. Useful before long trips or just to know what's coming.

Tire Rotation

Recommended every 5,000–8,000 miles. Extends tire life, improves handling. Bundled with most oil changes at no extra step from you.

Scheduled Service Intervals

Your Car Coach tracks what's due and proactively reaches out. You don't have to remember when the last service was.

Repair Advocacy.
An expert in your pocket.

This is the part that separates ACE from a roadside membership card. When a shop wants $2,000 for something, your Car Coach makes sure you're not overpaying — and ACE pays its share directly to the shop.

80% Mechanical Repair Reimbursement

ACE covers 80% of qualifying mechanical repairs, up to $1,000 per year (EB#2 plan / Repair Assistance Program). The remaining 20% is your portion.

Direct Shop Billing

For in-network shops, ACE pays the shop directly. You never front the money. You don't submit receipts. You don't wait for reimbursement.

Car Coach Negotiates Pricing

Your Coach reviews the shop's estimate line by line. They challenge inflated labor hours, unnecessary parts, and "while you're in there" upsells. Real example: $1,800 quote → $920 final.

ASE-Certified Second Opinion

Not sure the diagnosis is right? Your Coach gets you an ASE-certified technician on the phone or video. Second opinions catch unnecessary work surprisingly often.

Repair Facility Selection

Coach matches the job to the right shop. Brake job → solid local mechanic. Electrical gremlin → specialist. Transmission → certified transmission shop. The right shop the first time.

RepairPal Network Access

You have access to RepairPal's certified network of local shops. In-network shops bill ACE directly and have committed to fair-pricing standards.

Emergency Destination Assistance

Broken down while traveling? Coach gets you to a vetted shop in your destination city, not just wherever the tow truck wants to drop you.

Trip Interruption Benefit

If a covered breakdown disrupts a trip, reimbursement is available for the unplanned expenses (lodging, meals, alternate transportation).

AutoCerts Essentials is designed to be the simplest benefit in your enrollment packet — because complexity is how good benefits go unused.

Vehicles

Any car. Any age. Any mileage.

No vehicle inspection, no VIN required, no minimum or maximum model year. If you drive it, it's covered. Doesn't matter if it's a 2003 Civic with 240,000 miles or a brand-new lease.

Coverage Starts

First of the month after enrollment.

If you enroll on the 5th, you're covered starting the 1st of the following month. Your HR team can confirm your exact effective date.

Family Option

Family plan covers spouse + dependents.

The family tier covers your spouse and dependent children who also drive. Same benefit, same phone numbers, same direct shop billing.

After Employment

Portable for life via ACH.

If you leave your employer, you can keep ACE by switching from employer-paid to direct ACH at the voluntary rate. Benefits stay identical. No re-enrollment, no medical questions.

Scenario A · Tuesday Morning

Dead battery in your driveway.

The situation: 7:15 AM. Car won't start. You have to be at work by 8.

What you do: Call (833) 251-5689. Tell them your name, employer, address, and that the car won't crank.

What happens: Roadside tech dispatched. They test the battery on-site. Dead. They replace it on the spot.
